Currently serving as the CEO of North Shore Services LLC, a leading consulting firm, Jaylani has received numerous accolades for his leadership, including the "Visionary Leader" award from the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits and a spot on Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's 2018 "40 Under 40" list. He has also been appointed to the One Minnesota Transition Advisory Board and is a sought-after speaker and media commentator.
